My focus today is to bring you the 6 types of foods that are necessary in body building and fitness.
- WATER
Water regulates every activity that takes place in our immune system since our body looses water through sweating ,it is advisable to drink water before working.
- CORN
Corn has fiber & carbohydrates. It is one of the most ignored food but its most essential important in body building since it contain little or no fat.
- BANANAS
Bananas are excellent for food digestion and also when it comes to absorption. Bananas help in keeping muscles relaxed and from cramping since they contain natural antacid. It is important to note that bananas contain two essential nutrients, fiber and potassium which regular blood flow.
- BROWN RICE
Brown rice contains zinc, selenium, magnesium, vitamin B6 and protein. Brown rice also has carbohydrates. Most of the nutrients in brown rice are not found in white rice.
- BEEF
Lean Beef is a necessity when it comes to body building and fitness ,beef contain quality nutrients like iron ,zinc and protein. Boil or bake to prevent excess fat.
- CHICKEN
Chicken contains nutrients like iron and zinc and its very low in fat. Cooking chicken with the skin is still healthy because the skin fat can't affect the meat .its also worth mentioning that chicken has other nutrients like vitamin B6 and protein metabolism.These are my top 6 types of food that can increase muscle and body fitness.
